On March 4th, Dongpeng International Marketing Department requested the first round of customer masks purchase from company's Purchasing Department, aiming to offer our partners timely aid. Four batches of customer masks purchase were applied all together for a total demand of nearly 20,000 masks.

口罩分別寄往24個海內外城市及國家的客戶：廣東、湖北、江西、石家莊、天津、中國香港、阿曼、沙特阿拉伯、卡塔爾、巴基斯坦、哈斯克斯坦、美國、菲律賓、馬來西亞、泰國、越南、韓國、日本、加拿大、澳大利亞、波黑、智利、巴西、以色列。國內客戶最早在3月8日收到寄出口罩，海外客戶最早于3月11日收到?？谡旨某龊笠灿龅揭恍├щy，例如，韓國政府擔心口罩進入國內被商業(yè)化，對口罩進行嚴格管控。韓國海關扣留了東鵬贈送的客戶口罩，歷經一番交涉，客戶直到3月18日才拿到口罩。
All our customer masks are sent to the following 24 countries and areas around the world: Guangdong, Hubei, Jiangxi, Shijiazhuang, Tianjin, HongKong, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Pakistan, Kazakhstan, the United States, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Republic of Korea(ROK), Japan, Canada, Australia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Chile, Brazil and Israel. Domestic partners received the masks as early as March 8th, and overseas partners 11th. After we sent the masks, there were also some difficulties. For example, the Korean government worries that the masks would be commercialized once into the country; therefore, masks are strictly controlled. And the customer masks donated by Dongpeng were detained by at customs. After a series of negotiations, our partners did not get the masks until March 18th.
